Please send the Registration form together with your payment to the Meeting secretariat in Heidelberg
via fax using the Registration form (PDF).

An Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open and print the registration Form. If you do not  have an Acrobat Reader, click on the icon below to download a free Acrobat Reader from the Adobe web site.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk as a proof of your registration. Confirmation will be send upon receipt of payment via email.

Payment conditions

All fees for the meeting registration should be paid in EURO, free of all bank charges – clearly stating the participant’s name and PRN.

Refund policy / Cancellation

Refund of registration fee, less 50 % administrative charges, can be applied until August 31, 2006 to the Meeting Secretariat in Heidelberg, Germany. After this date no refund will be possible. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. For any changes of name a fee of 30 € will be charged.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against organizers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration the participant accept this proviso
